    Description

    Job Title: Broadcast Engineer

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Broadcast Engineer to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the Head of Engineering in training and developing engineers on technical matters, including broadcast equipment handling and operation.
    • Assist with engineering tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for site surveys and production integration layout planning.
    • Implement designs and create permanent layouts for racks with serial numbers and standardized panel placement.
    • Support the Head of Engineering in improving and testing system designs.
    • Collaborate to establish equipment testing and preparation processes, reviewing and updating as needed.
    • Evaluate and resolve technical problems on projects, ensuring effective communication.
    • Research technical development standards for present and new technologies, providing support to clients.
    • Design project templates covering necessary tasks, keeping project task updates current.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Electrical / Communication / Broadcast Engineering or similar field.
    • 10+ years of relevant experience.
    • Expertise in broadcasting equipment, including mixers, communication products, cameras, and lenses.
    • Experience in technical training and knowledge transfer.
    • Critical thinking skills for problem-solving.
    • Able to perform physical tasks due to job requirements.
    • Travel readiness for regional and international projects.

    The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
