Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our Supply Chain team in Lahore. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient line operation at rated speed while adhering to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Line Operation Management: Ensure the production line operates smoothly and efficiently at rated speed, meeting quality standards.
• Start-up, Shut-down, and Manpower Management: Manage start-up, shut-down, operation, and manpower of the production line.
• Record Keeping: Maintain proper records of raw materials, production, and maintenance data.
• Cleanliness and GMP Compliance: Ensure cleanliness and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance of the production line and relevant areas.
• Material Issuance: Oversee the issuance procedure of raw materials and spare parts from stores.
• KPI Management: Meet production and maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to the production line.
• Machinery Operations: Manage machine operations in the absence of machine operators.
• Interdepartmental Support: Support and facilitate other departments in achieving their targets.
• Assignment Execution: Perform assignments given by seniors.
• Quality and HSE Implementation: Implement quality, food safety, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree required.
