    We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally. This is a key role that will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

    The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-4 years of relevant work experience. They will possess strong accounting concepts, good communication skills, and technical skills in Excel proficiency and ERP management.

    Responsibilities

    • Payment and Receipts Processing: The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for processing payments and receipts, as well as managing the ERP system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Vendor Payment Approval: The manager will approve payments to vendors, salaries, marketing, and other expenses, ensuring timely and accurate payment proceedings through bank portals.
    • Data Verification: The Financial Operations Manager will verify all data entered into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Monthly Closing: The manager will prepare monthly closing of bank reconciliation (all banks), courier companies, and ledgers, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 3-4 years of relevant work experience
    • Strong accounting concepts
    • Good communication skills
    • Technical skills in Excel proficiency and ERP management

    Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
