    Job Summary:

    Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist L1 to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect and analyze financial data from various sources, including worksheets and administrative databases.
    • Enter data into our system and maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions.
    • Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare periodic reports for review by management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Develop and maintain working knowledge of basic accounting principles and auditing practices.
    • Verify resource allocation on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with company policies.

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Hands-on experience with MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
