    Job Title: Call Center Representative (CSR)

    We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team at Clyrex Bpo in Pakistan.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming phone calls, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service skills
    • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
    • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts efficiently
    • Foster trust with customer accounts through effective communication and follow-up

    Requirements and Skills

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A proven track record in customer support or experience as a Client Service Representative
    • Strong phone handling skills and ability to work under pressure
    • Customer orientation and adaptability in dealing with diverse characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification

    Working Conditions

    This is a night shift position working on US-based campaigns from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

    Salary and Benefits

    The successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from Rs 25,000.00 to Rs 50,000.00 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
