    Job Title: Front Desk Officer – Visa Consultancy Firm

    Located in Multan, we are seeking a welcoming and organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, providing accurate information regarding visa services and requirements.
    • Manage all incoming calls, emails, and messages, responding promptly or directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
    • Schedule client appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
    • Handle client documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy before passing it to the consultancy team.
    • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, ensuring clients have a positive first impression.
    • Assist with data entry and basic administrative tasks to support the consultancy team.
    • Provide updates to clients on their visa applications as needed.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless client service and efficient workflows.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of visa processes or experience in a consultancy firm is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment professionally.
