- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, providing accurate information regarding visa services and requirements.
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, and messages, responding promptly or directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Schedule client appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
- Handle client documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy before passing it to the consultancy team.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, ensuring clients have a positive first impression.
- Assist with data entry and basic administrative tasks to support the consultancy team.
- Provide updates to clients on their visa applications as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless client service and efficient workflows.
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of visa processes or experience in a consultancy firm is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment professionally.
