ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Business Development Specialist to expand our client base, generate qualified leads, and close high-value deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and understands how to sell value-based digital services.
WORK SETUP
Position: Sales Business Development Specialist
Location: Paragon City, Lahore
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to PKR 150,000/month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Experience handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Strong understanding of pipeline management
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking software like (Apollo, Smartlead etc)
- Strong research skills to identify prospects and market opportunities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, or service based sales is a plus
- Prior experience in remote sales or international client handling
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a relevant commerce discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies
- Understanding of Amazon services, e-commerce, or digital marketing is preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
