    Job Title: Seasoned Integration Architect

    About the Role:

    GSPANN Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Integration Architect to join our team. As we continue on our growth trajectory, we are looking for passionate and talented professionals who share our vision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Act as SPOC for solutions or applications being developed, interacting with clients.
    2. Participate in scoping, estimating efforts, and collaborating in planning milestones, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, and dependencies.
    3. Develop an integration strategy that encompasses client goals.
    4. Drive solution architecture and design, maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable applications/frameworks.
    5. Take critical technical decisions to meet client expectations.
    6. Define best practices and coding standards.
    7. Lead code review process for the team to follow and perform code reviews.
    8. Ensure the team maintains a high level of technical competence.
    9. Identify business problems and propose solutions and frameworks for various clients to monetize.
    10. Generate and execute skill-building plans.
    11. Assist in hiring the right talent for the organization.
    12. Motivate and mentor team members.
    13. Contribute to white papers, blogs, case studies, etc.

    Requirements:

    1. 12+ years of experience in integration tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Tibco, Biztalk, webMethods, IBM IIB, Apache Camel, etc.) and Java/J2EE.
    2. Mandatory experience in Dell Boomi.
    3. Prior experience in MuleSoft/Azure Integration Services is highly desirable.
    4. Thorough knowledge of web services (REST & SOAP).
    5. Strong experience in designing medium to large enterprise applications.
    6. Expertise in messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, Rabbit MQ, JMS, etc.).
    7. Experience in API Management (APIGEE, MuleSoft, Zuul, etc.).
    8. Exposure to Authentication, Authorization, SSO using JWT, OAuth, SAML is required.
    9. Excellent understanding of design patterns, data structures & algorithms, OOAD.
    10. Pre-Sales experience - define end-to-end solution architecture covering technical, deployment architectures, and non-functional & performance aspects and drive proposals.
    11. Mandatory experience in Retail - E-commerce domain, IDE (Eclipse, IntelliJ, NetBeans, etc.), and Maven.
    12. Good skills in code refactoring and application performance tuning.
    13. Very strong implementation experience using Test-Driven Development, Domain-Driven Design, and clean code principles.
    14. Client-facing experience and work in matrix organization & onsite-offshore models.
    15. Estimation techniques like (Use-case, FP, Story points) are essential.
    16. Experience in creating presentations, demos to customers and internal management team.
    17. Agile execution methodology experience is mandatory.
    18. Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
    19. Strong team management skills.
    20. Good team player with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    21. Able to support multiple projects.
