    Assistant Manager Operations

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage field operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
    • Coordinate with manufacturing units to ensure smooth production processes.
    • Monitor logistics partners' performance and optimize supply chain efficiency.
    • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
    • Must possess basic knowledge of markets in Karachi.
    • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Internet.

    Compensation:

    Estimated Salary: Rs. 60,000 - 80,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

    Work Environment:

    The role is based in Pakistan and requires working primarily nine-to-five hours, with occasional overtime as needed.
