    Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an CEO Coordinator with Eastern timings. The Coordinator will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, executive support, diary management, managing expense reports, and administrative assistance.

    Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, coordinating appointments, and meetings.

    Anticipate and prepare materials and information required for meetings and appointments.

    Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the CEO.

    Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.

    Maintain organized and up-to-date files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.

    Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations.

    Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical details are in place.

    Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

    Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

    Take on additional responsibilities and tasks to support the overall success of CareCloud.

    Requirements

    Experience in executive administrative assistance and executive support

    Proficiency with managing expense reports and diary management

    Strong administrative assistance skills

    Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
