- Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances, including but not limited to issues related to workplace harassment, discrimination, safety concerns, and contractual disputes.
- Provide guidance and support to employees who raise grievances, ensuring they understand their rights and the grievance resolution process.
- Collaborate with HR managers, legal advisors, and relevant stakeholders to develop and implement effective grievance resolution strategies.
- Review and interpret labor laws and company policies to ensure all grievance procedures are in compliance with legal requirements.
- Mediate discussions between aggrieved employees and management to facilitate fair and timely resolution of disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of grievance proceedings, including documentation of interviews, findings, and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UK, UAE, KSA, and Pakistan, with a focus on the construction industry.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in handling employee grievances, preferably within a construction company or similar industry.
