We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our marketing department. You will be the mastermind behind our growth engine, responsible for developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy that elevates our brand and drives measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with Adryd's core business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, audience insights, and strategic advantages.
• Define and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize Return on Investment ($ROI$).
• Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, presenting insights and recommendations to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven measurable growth.
• Strong expertise across the full marketing mix, with an understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, and create insightful reports.
