Job summary

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about international sales and have the drive to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in the US, UK, and Canada.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and generating sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and product demos for senior closers.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Go High Level).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals and negotiations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI targets for outreach, qualified meetings, and opportunities generated.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken); US/UK accent is a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C outbound sales or business development.
  • Strong ability to engage with international clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
  • Must be able to work on-site (Multan office), Monday to Friday.

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GHL)
  • Strong follow-up and reporting skills

  • Able to work on the night shift
