    Project Manager Job Description

    The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all project objectives are met, and progress is smooth with effective client interaction.

    The role requires taking full responsibility for all project activities and deliverables, defining and managing project scope, planning and supervising project activities, and resolving conflicts between team members and departments like QA and Dev.

    The Project Manager will also resolve routine project issues during project execution, review key project artifacts and documents, manage project teams and resources, and perform regular project communication with the client and management.

    Additionally, the role involves coordinating with PS and project team, understanding the scope of the effort in terms of requirements, man-hours or functionality points, determining scope and evaluating risks, defining project parameters, negotiating and establishing project deliverables, identifying internal and external interfaces, preparing the project management plan, monitoring project progress, and planning logistics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Team work organization, planning, and documentation.
    2. Team management and ability to lead the team to success in projects.
    3. Project profitability.
    4. Skill set improvement.

    The ideal candidate should have good analytical and decision-making skills, knowledge of development tools/platforms, structural knowledge of projects, proactive and goal-oriented approach, good communication skills, sound presentation skills, and be well-versed in object-oriented development notations and processes.

    We are looking for a risk-aversive individual who can identify anything that adds risk to the project and make engineering compromises necessary to cope with building systems for the real world.

    Job Requirements:

    • Must have at least 5 years of experience in project management.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to negotiate and establish project deliverables.
    • Knowledge of development tools and platforms.

    Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

    Location: Information Technology and Services - Lahore, Pakistan
