    Description

    Customer Relationship Management Specialist

    We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist to join our team. As a CRM specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a database of customers and community members, conducting calls to gather feedback and promote our products/services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate customer databases and contacts to support follow-up efforts and sale strategies.
    • Conduct calls to nurture leads, encourage repeat purchases, and facilitate customer retention.
    • Assist in booking sales through our website and point of sale (POS) systems.
    • Ensure timely processing of sales transactions and generate invoices for customer purchases.
    • Collect and report customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in CRM or sales roles.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales software knowledge.
    • Understanding of invoicing and billing processes.

    Estimated Salary:

    Pakistani Rupees 600,000 - 800,000 per annum, depending on experience.

    Gulberg, Lahore.
