    Location:Warehouse - Multan

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse facility, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of stocks, Supervise warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely and implementing and maintaining quality control standards. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.

    Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Receipt of stock from Plant, arrangement of racking on location.
    • Arrange assembling of consignment as per batch, expiries, and quantities, printed on pick slips, and handed over the consignment to the shipping officer.
    • Confirm pick slips in BPCS after the stock is re-checked & advised by the Shipping Officer.
    • Maintain record & monitor temperature of sensitive products.
    • Prepare MDD / MDIT and post in System BPCS daily.
    • Monitor weekly reconciliations of stock through a cycle counting process and wall-to-wall stock-taking once a quarter.
    • Maintain a complete record of documents i.e. CSGR/GTN's and SPDR etc.
    • Provide a list of short-dated items every month to the Distribution Services Manager.
    • Maintain housekeeping in Warehouse and strictly comply with SOPs / Guidelines provided for the Warehouse etc. from time to time.
    • Plan late sitting / Overtime program in coordination with MW & Logistics on a need basis.
    • To achieve Warehouse Performance KPIs.
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
    • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.

    Education/Knowledge & Experience:

    • Graduate, preferably MBA
    • 3-4 years relevant experience in Pharma or a relevant company in a similar capacity
    • Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
    • Hands-on experience with MS Office
