Senior Crisis Counselor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Crisis Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to children and women in crisis situations, referring them to appropriate sources of help and relief.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel children and women in crisis situations, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of survivors of abuse for easy reference and follow-up purposes.
• Analyze and evaluate programs to guarantee achievement of objectives, including monitoring targets set and ensuring they are met.
• Liaise with institutions sharing common goals, negotiating partnerships and fostering cooperation.
• Participate in outstation project activities, such as capacity building trainings, seminars, workshops, and conferences as needed.
• Lead by example, displaying a dynamic personality that inspires teamwork and fosters a positive work environment.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or Law.
• Substantial experience working on children and women issues, with a deep understanding of the development sector and its latest trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Location: Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
