Job summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will drive growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's client base in medical billing and healthcare RCM services.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the operations and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-3 years of proven business development/sales experience in medical billing, RCM, healthcare outsourcing, or healthcare IT services (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of US healthcare system, CPT/ICD coding, claims process, denials, and payer landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
