    Clinical Instructor (Nursing Education Services)

    The Clinical Instructor will be responsible for developing and implementing education programs for nursing staff. This includes creating proposals for additional training programs, conducting bedside teaching sessions, and evaluating staff performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and coordinate orientation and training programs for nursing staff.
    • Create proposals for additional training programs that address specific needs of the staff.
    • Conduct regular bedside teaching sessions to ensure that staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct random clinical rounds to evaluate staff performance and instructional methodologies, sharing reports with relevant stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with supervisors and unit heads to identify in-service program needs and develop targeted training initiatives.
    • Manage the Nursing Education Services (NES) as part of our Continuous Quality Improvement efforts.
    • Participate in quality efforts such as Nursing Quality Assurance, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Infection Control.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing with at least 4 to 5 years of clinical experience and at least 1 year of teaching experience in Nursing.
    • Should have experience in conducting and organizing Nursing Education training sessions, with a strong understanding of clinical audits and reporting.
    • Must have valid Professional Nurses Council (PNC) registration.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in ICU and ER, or those certified in BLS, ACLS, and ECG.
