As the Head of Operations

• Cargo Division, you will be at the helm of our logistics and cargo operations, driving excellence and efficiency across all facets of our services.

You will be responsible for nationwide strategic planning, operational management, and continuous improvement of our cargo operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the entire cargo operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage day-to-day operations, including cargo handling, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other divisions and departments to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork within the operations team.
Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 20 years of experience in logistics or cargo operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and leading high-performance teams.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
