    Job Title: Front Desk Officer
    Location: Cosmic Institute
    Job Summary: The Front Desk Officer at Cosmic Institute serves as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
    This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and facilitating communication within the institute. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Customer Service:
    Greet and welcome students, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
    Provide accurate information about the institute's programs, courses, policies, and services.
    2. Administrative Support:
    Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
    Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for faculty and administrative staff.
    3. Front Desk Management:
    Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area, ensuring all materials and resources are readily available.
    Handle and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
    4. Record Keeping and Documentation:
    Assist with maintaining student records, attendance, and other documentation as required by the administration.
    Prepare reports and maintain files for various administrative functions.
    5. Support for Events and Activities:
    Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and seminars hosted by the institute.
    Provide logistical support during events, including setup and registration.
    6. Communication Facilitation:
    Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    Relay important information to students and staff, including announcements and updates.
    7. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:
    Address and resolve inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
    Escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
    Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is highly desirable.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Working Conditions:
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $25,000 - $40,000 per month
