    Receiving Alerts and Managing Master Data

    Mission Statement:

    We are responsible for creating codes in our system and verifying customer openings in accordance with MDM Policy. We ensure the validity of Customer Master Data across all Commercial Systems.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Create outlet, distribution, sampling, and personnel codes, ensuring that all prerequisites are met. This includes confirming or rejecting outlets based on specific criteria and notifying the sales team if information is missing.
    • Ensure accuracy of Master Data within your assigned MDM domain by contacting retailers and utilizing contact center complaint data. Manage outlet fold according to the guidelines set by your immediate supervisor and update service frequency as recommended by the RTM Executive for both Presellers and Sales Developers.
    • Update channels through the sales team and report any changes. Update Outlet Segment based on specific sales criteria.
    • Update Outlet Master Data based on requests from the sales team and RTM Executive, such as suppressing or unsuppressing outlets according to suppression guidelines set by your immediate supervisor, or changing sales hierarchy or other classifications.
    • Manage distributions stock based on territory feedback, using a 10-day same stock report to identify wrong or missing stocks. Assign promo codes against outlets in line with the RGM team's recommendations, for grouping outlets for reporting and control purposes.

    Candidate Requirements:

    An intermediate qualification with good computer skills or a Bachelor's degree is required.
