    Business Development Manager - Telecommunications

    We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager in the telecommunications industry.

    About the Role

    In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for making outbound business-to-business sales calls, chasing warm leads, and working in a target-driven environment to exceed daily and weekly KPIs. You will build lasting relationships with clients and drive sales growth through your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Making outbound business-to-business sales calls to secure new business opportunities.
    • Chasing warm leads to convert them into paying customers.
    • Working in a target-driven environment to meet and exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Continuously improving sales techniques and strategies to drive business growth.

    Requirements:

    • A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and drive to succeed.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive basic salary: PKR 80,000 per month.
    • Uncapped commission structure: Earn up to PKR 50,000 per month in commissions.
    • Early finish every Friday.
    • Free onsite parking.
    • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.
