- Implement brands, promotion, and other plans in the territory to ensure optimal product distribution and visibility.
- Cover all routes thoroughly and conduct regular checks on retail outlets to monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor distributor performance, including inventory management, distribution of products, and provide on-the-job training to their staff to enhance efficiency.
- Evaluate and optimize the utilization of coolers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, merchandise, and other company resources within the territory to minimize waste and maximize returns.
- A highly customer-centric approach with strong negotiation and listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and any regional language, ensuring effective collaboration with distributors and other stakeholders.
