    Description

    Sales Team Leader

    Achieve business growth by successfully leading a team of sales representatives.

    Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that expands the company's customer base and strengthens its market presence.

    Owning responsibilities include recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives to ensure alignment with company goals.

    Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their evolving needs.

    Presenting accurate sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to inform management decisions.

    Stay abreast of emerging markets, market shifts, new products, and competition status to drive informed decision-making.

    Job Requirements

    2-3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in B2B and B2C sales or a similar role.

    Proven track record in Enterprise IT sales (Hardware and Solutions) is essential.

    A self-motivated individual capable of driving themselves towards targets every month.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that demands high energy levels.

    Utilize a highly organized approach to work and maintain a positive, accountable attitude.
