    Job Title: Specialist Strategic Initiatives

    Grade Level: Contractual (1 year)

    About the Role

    The Specialist Strategic Initiatives is a critical position responsible for driving strategic initiatives to advance JazzCash's role in the digitalization of Pakistan's economy.

    This involves conducting in-depth research and developing strategic plans to conceptualize, assess, and evaluate opportunities in fintech, regulations, and laws. The role requires a deep understanding of banking, financial services, and payments space.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive analysis of digitalization trends in Pakistan and globally.
    • Develop strategic frameworks for launching new fintech products, including Islamic offerings.
    • Evaluate feasibility of launching investment products like mutual funds and asset fractionalization.
    • Develop detailed business plans and go-to-market strategies on proposed solutions.

    Key Skills

    • Preferably 1+ year(s) of experience in digital/technology companies with product management, analytical work, and research skills.
    • Strong understanding of banking, financial services, and payments space.
    • Ability to gather insights, conduct market research, and perform competitive analysis.

    Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
