    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Events360 Group is hiring a seasoned Business Development Manager with 5-6 years of experience in media/events/exhibitions sales. You'll be responsible for driving business, fostering client relationships, and forging strategic partnerships for the company. If you're a dynamic individual with a knack for business growth and creating memorable experiences, join us and be part of our success story

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth for the company.
    • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with brands, sponsors, and industry stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and generate additional revenue streams for the company.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to maximize mutual benefits and achieve business objectives.
    • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
    • Leverage Linked In to network with industry professionals and potential clients.
    • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility and attract potential clients.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

    REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATIONS

    Education:
    Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Sales and Marketing) or related field.

    Experience:
    Proven experience of 5 to 6 years in Media Sales/Ad Agency/Event Management.
