    3. Run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms to generate leads and drive conversions.
    4. Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to optimize results.
    5. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with customer acquisition goals.
    6. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
    7. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
    8. Monitor competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience in social media management and marketing (1-2 years preferred).

    4. Strong creative and content writing skills.
