    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Operational Excellence: Improve management reporting, information flow, and business process planning to drive organizational success.
    2. Long-Term Planning: Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on achieving operational excellence.
    3. Risk Management and Emergency Planning: Supervise procedures and direct technical personnel for equipment maintenance and repair.
    4. Quality System Implementation: Establish quality systems in the Technical Department and maintain documentation.
    5. Training and Development: Update operating and training manuals for the technical department and ensure staff are trained on updated procedures.
    6. Equipment Monitoring: Review plant equipment and systems to minimize downtime and identify opportunities for improvement.
    7. Project Management: Initiate and carry out projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    8. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate activities with Plant Operations Departments and provide feedback to supervisors and management.

    Requirements: Strong leadership skills, ability to analyze complex problems, and experience in operations management.

    Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
