    Job Title: Production Head - Revolving Furniture
    Location: Gujranwala
    Job Summary: As the Production Head for revolving furniture, you will oversee the entire production process to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations. Your role is critical in maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing production schedules, and leading the production team.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Production Management:
      • Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource use.
      • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the production activities for revolving furniture.
    2. Quality Control:
      • Implement quality control processes and address any production issues promptly.
      • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
    3. Team Leadership:
      • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
      • Lead, mentor, and train the production team to enhance skills and performance.
    4. Process Improvement:
      • Analyze production data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
      • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
    5. Resource Management:
      • Manage production resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.
      • Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
    6. Health and Safety:
      • Conduct regular safety audits and training for the production team.
      • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
    7. Reporting:
      • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, issues, and improvements to senior management.
      • Monitor and manage production costs to stay within budget.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred) or DAE Mech.
    • Proven experience in production management, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
    Key Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in production management software and tools
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    Salary: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
