    Description

    COMPANY OVERVIEW

    Our client, a Karachi based company, seeking an experienced Business Partner with a strong background in human resources and expertise in business partner strategies. The ideal candidate will develop strategies, provide operational HR support, and manage talent acquisition, rewards, employee relations, and performance management.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals, working closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.
    • Act as an internal consultant, collaborating directly with multiple stakeholders, management, and various departments to enhance team performance.
    • Collaborate with HR teams, including Talent Acquisition and Compensation, to design and implement targeted HR programs focused on t alentmanagement, succession planning, employee mobility, and career development.
    • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and engagement.
    • Coordinate with performance management team that support employee growth and organizational performance.
    • Lead HR initiatives and change management processes to support business transformation and growth.

    EDUCATION

    • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably with majors in Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in HR management tools and software.

    AGE

    • The candidate should be preferably not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application
