- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- A personal laptop with a reliable internet connection is required to work from home.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call centre environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
