    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Consumer Insights Officer/Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage customer correspondence from various channels, including call centers, website emails, forms, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely follow-up on unresolved issues and maintaining coordination with call center staff.
    • Review and classify around 400 website emails, compiling reports from direct emails and CRM tools, and consolidating call center and CP data for unified reporting.
    • Conduct training sessions with the Brand Team for Sybrid/Field service staff on product launches, events, and updates.
    • Oversee in-house surveys (e.g., product use, fragrance testing) and coordinate product testing at the factory, ensuring smooth execution by working with external agencies.
    • Review external reports for accuracy and support the Research Manager in generating department-specific reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Research.
    • 1-2 years of experience or fresh graduates with relevant qualifications.
