    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to undertake various administrative and clerical duties, supporting our managers and employees in their daily office needs. Key responsibilities include:

    • Answering and directing phone calls
    • Organizing and scheduling appointments
    • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
    • Drafting and distributing emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
    • Assisting in preparing regularly scheduled reports
    • Maintaining a filing system and updating office policies and procedures
    • Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers
    • Maintaining contact lists and providing general support to visitors
    • Serving as the point of contact for internal and external clients
    • Liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

    This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.

    The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
