    Job Title: Sales Team Lead

    Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and performance

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, and guiding a team of sales representatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by developing and implementing effective sales strategies
    • Develop and implement sales, marketing, and financial strategies to drive business growth
    • Hire, train, and guide a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets
    • Review sales data and statistics, and provide regular reports to senior management
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Possession of a bike is preferred

    Working Arrangements:

    This role requires the ability to work from our office in Panki, located in [insert location]. The working hours are 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
