    The position of Sales Manager requires an individual who can drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining our competitive edge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our sales force, developing sales strategies, and justifying these plans to senior management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • We are looking for someone to break down annual sales targets into manageable chunks, such as half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly goals, to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes.
    • You will work closely with our sales team to set individual targets and develop effective sales scripts.
    • In addition, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing sales figures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
    • Effective communication and issue resolution will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Maintaining existing relationships and generating new business leads will be critical in achieving revenue goals.
    • You will conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to gauge our performance and suggest improvements.
    • Sales training and development will be a key aspect of this role, as we strive to equip our team with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
    • Developing policies and procedures for the department will also be necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
    • Lastly, you will oversee the sales department staff, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
    • A monthly performance report will be required to analyze sales and marketing activities, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
    • Closely monitoring competitors' activities, products, and services will also be essential.

    Desired Skills and Requirements

    • Proven track record of success in direct sales.
    • Strategic thinker with expertise in the real estate industry.
    • Strong sales, marketing, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software is mandatory.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • BSc or business school graduate; however, significant work experience may substitute for the degree.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience as a sales manager with a proven track record in direct sales.
    • Possession of a reliable vehicle is necessary.
    • Experience in selling commercial properties will be given preference.
