    Job Overview

    This full-time, permanent position is located in Lahore, Pakistan.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
    • A minimum of five years' experience in building services design, with a focus on HVAC, Plumbing, Vertical Transport, and Firefighting systems.
    • Proven expertise in designing and analyzing complex mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop detailed mechanical designs and drawings for various systems, including HVAC, Plumbing, Vertical Transport, and Firefighting.
    • Perform calculations and analyze project requirements to provide technical solutions.
    • Prepare and review project specifications, budgets, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, guaranteeing quality and efficiency.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations, applying this expertise to ensure all mechanical work meets required standards.
