- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial documents.
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Prepare financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements).
- Generate financial reports as per management requirements.
- Maintain excel sheets for Inventory, pending orders and sales on a daily basis.
