    Customer Service Executive Position

    We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at a doctor's office in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possessing exceptional communication skills in both languages.

    This role involves serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout their interactions with the doctor's office. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries, appointments, and provide essential information in an efficient and courteous manner.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Front Desk Reception: Greet patients warmly and professionally, maintaining a friendly atmosphere at the front office.
    2. Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment booking system, effectively coordinating with patients to schedule or reschedule appointments.
    3. Inquiries Handling: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about the doctor's services and hours of operation.
    4. Language Support: Assist English and Spanish-speaking patients to address their concerns and queries, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
    5. Patient Registration: Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and relevant medical history, adhering to privacy regulations.
    6. Insurance Verification: Liaise with insurance providers to verify coverage and communicate this information to patients.
    7. Payment Processing: Handle patient billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    8. Patient Follow-ups: Make courtesy calls to patients for appointment reminders and follow-up care.
    9. Office Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Requirements:

    1. Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical office setting.
    3. Demonstrated ability to handle patients with empathy and compassion.
    4. Strong organizational skills with time management and task prioritization abilities.
    5. Familiarity with basic computer applications and electronic health record systems is desirable.
    6. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    7. Effective problem-solving skills to resolve patient inquiries and concerns.
    8. Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
    9. Willingsness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
