    Key Responsibilities of National Sales Manager

    Primary Objectives:

    1. Evaluate and manage the performance of sales team members, ensuring their ability to meet company objectives.
    2. Develop and implement strategies to drive profitable revenue growth, leveraging knowledge of direct marketing best practices.
    3. Represent the company as a leader, fostering strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
    4. Collaborate closely with the marketing department to ensure seamless promotion of products and services.
    5. Monitor and optimize sales expense budgets, driving cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
    6. Identify and capitalize on joint marketing opportunities, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
    7. Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, enabling informed decision-making.
    8. Coordinate sales promotion and lead generation activities, aligning with overall business goals.
    9. Ensure timely availability and visibility of our products, meeting market demands.

    Essential Qualifications:

    A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, delivering exceptional results in sales management roles.
