Product Listing Expert

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to manage our product listings on Etsy, eBay, and Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing product listings to drive visibility, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-converting product listings on multiple platforms
• Conduct keyword and market research to optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags
• Write compelling, SEO-optimized product descriptions that turn products into top-sellers
• Upload high-quality images and variations to showcase products in the best possible light
• Monitor and update inventory levels, pricing, and product availability across platforms
• Manage product categories, tags, and attributes to ensure seamless customer experience
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements
• Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms and best practices to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multiple online stores, including Etsy, eBay, and Amazon
• In-depth understanding of SEO strategies for each platform to improve visibility and rankings
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to write engaging and persuasive product copy that drives sales and conversions
• Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Marmalead, or similar to streamline listing creation and management
• Experience with eCommerce tools and dashboards to track performance and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

• Basic graphic design or photo editing skills to enhance listing images
• Experience with order management and customer service on marketplaces to provide exceptional customer experiences
• Knowledge of PPC or Ads management on Etsy, Amazon, or eBay to optimize advertising efforts
