    About The Role:

    This Business Development Trainee position at Idenfo will focus on expanding our presence and showcasing our value proposition to potential clients.

    You will drive strategic initiatives to unlock new business opportunities and contribute to growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads using inbound/outbound strategies and market research in AML/KYC sectors (e.g., banks, fintech, crypto).
    • Cold Outreach: Establish contact via calls or LinkedIn to introduce AML/KYC solutions.
    • Lead Nurturing: Maintain engagement with prospects through communication and valuable content.
    • CRM Management: Track and update lead status in systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
    • Sales Collaboration: Ensure smooth lead handoff to sales teams with complete information.
    • Relationship Building: Engage decision-makers (e.g., compliance officers, legal teams) to identify needs and create interest.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
    • Tech sales experience is preferred, especially upselling.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging interactions professionally.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and support software is a plus.
