    Call Center Representative Position

    Job Summary:

    This role involves working as a Sales Executive in an Outbound Sales environment, specifically focusing on Final Expense & Medicare Campaigns.

    We are part of a fast-growing organization that works with multiple USA-based clients in the field of home improvement, renewal, and Medicare. Our team is expanding its call center sales division and we are looking for individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our multinational culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Promote and sell products/services through outbound calls.
    2. Engage customers via cold calls and generate qualified leads for final expense and Medicare services.
    3. Encourage customers to purchase services and products by using a prepared script that highlights key aspects of what the company offers.
    4. Cater to customer needs and requirements.
    5. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries.
    6. Achieve monthly sales conversion benchmarks.
    7. Foster exceptional customer service by adhering to organizational standards.

    Work Schedule:

    This position requires working permanent night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM.

    Job Requirements and Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

    • Educational background: Matric, O/A Levels, Graduate, or above.
    • Language proficiency: Neutral or American accent, with excellent English communication skills.
    • Selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Prior telesales experience is preferred but not mandatory; fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
