    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commis Chef to join our team at Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our discerning customers.

    About the Role:

    • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, including hot and cold food items.
    • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pan Cooking Skills:
      • Expertise in cooking techniques, including sautéing, roasting, and grilling.
    • Knife Skills:
      • Able to chop, slice, and dice ingredients with precision and speed.
    • Grilling Skills:
      • Skilled in grilling meats and vegetables to perfection.
    • FIFO:
      • Awareness of First-In-First-Out inventory management principles.
    • Stir Frying Skills:
      • Ability to stir-fry ingredients quickly and efficiently.
    • Frying Skills:
      • Proficient in frying techniques, including deep-frying and shallow-frying.
    • Basic Communication:
      • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
    • Initiative:
      • Takes initiative to improve processes and procedures.
    • Problem Solving:
      • Able to think critically and solve problems quickly.
    • Job Knowledge:
      • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
    • Appearance/Hygiene:

    Estimated Salary:

    Rupees 50,000 - 70,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
