Provided services at different projects of Orichem at different sites like; 
Honda Atlas Power Plant, Jilani Energy, Nestle Head Office, Style Textile, Indus Home, Nishat Apperal, 
Nishat Unit 73, Suraj Cotton, Lake City & Askari Tower for smooth flow of boiler, cooling tower, chiller, 
compressor and engine operations.
I learned about;
 Actions of different chemicals of Solenis for industrial water treatment
 Use of corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors and biological fouling inhibitors
 Prevention of boilers & cooling towers from corrosion, scaling & fouling
 Understanding of working and setting of LMI dosing pumps, LMI automatic pH & TDS meters
 Treating the close circuit water in engines, chillers & compressors
 Dosing the chemical in water to prevent problems in operations
 Determination of pH, Hardness (Total & Calcium), Alkalinity & TDS through tests
 Calculation of iron content & residual of chemical in water
 Calibration of pH and TDS meters
 Making reports & recommending control actions with respect to results of system
 Drawing the graphs of system parameters to show system’s performance on Drewtrax
