Engr Dr Zeeshan Najam Khan

 I recently completed my PhD Degree in Electronics Engineering with concentration in Power Electronics and Renewable Energy form International Islamic University, Islamabad. My Research area is Energy Efficiency harnessed in a unit electronics device culminating in the energy proficient integrated circuit design. I conducted my Research in the 5-7 nm Nano scaling Regime with 12 Impact Factor Paper and ISI Indexed research publications to my credit published and submitted in reputed Peer Reviewed Journals. The PhD Thesis received excellent reviews by Top of the line International and High Caliber Researchers considered as experts in their domain. I secured around 3.75 CGPA and an A-grade in the Final Defense signifying my Efforts and academic strength.

I received My Bachelors and Master’s Degree from the historic and engineering Tradition based Alma MaterNWFP UET PESHAWAR.I received the Honors Degree in Bachelors and achieved a very high CGPA in Masters(3.47).

I possess a rich and diverse University/ DAILevel teaching,Research and Academic Management/Administration experience of about 16 years in the Top ranked Institutes of Pakistan.I have the distinction of teaching about 30 different courses in the Annual and Semester System .I had the Privilege to teach the High end Elective courses such as Telecom Policy and Regulations, High Voltage Engineering, Renewable and Alternate Energy  to my credit.My students’ feedback has been hovering around 80 to 90 percent for the last 5 odd years.

I also take pride in supervising more than 40 projects in various fields of Science and Technology .I won the award for Best Supervisor twice and secured the third position twice for some of my projects. I had the honor of being a Judge of KPK based student’s project.

I got a holistic experience of Academic Administration, Management and organization.I have been a team lead for managing the PEC team visits for more than four times in various Universities. I was also the Team Lead for the Quality enhancement Cell for two years.I conducted the surveys,prepared the Self-Assessment Report (SARs)for the Department and  held meetings  with the representatives of World Bank and Higher Education Commission  in that capacity.

I have worked in the capacity of Course Coordinator,Incharge Undergraduate program,Class Counsellor,Senior Class Counsellor in my professional careera number of times.I have also been assigned as travel incharge for various study and Leisure Trips for the students.I have explored many places/Locations under my supervision.

I have attended,participated, and mentored   a number of events employing my potential and skills in all possible ways and in turn boosting my confidence to my advantage. I have successfully managed several Entrepreneurship set ups over the years to further enhance my Professional girth.
