I currently work as a Compliance & Customer Services Specialist at Connect-X, where I am responsible for managing and updating all certificates before their respective expiry dates. I also deal with local authorities and government bodies under UK Housing Law, UK Councils, and the London Fire Brigade for Fire Risk Assessments. In addition, I organize all certificates for each property and prepare comprehensive reports for higher management. These responsibilities require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Previously, I worked as a Project Manager at Brand Agency Advertising Services, where I developed and delivered a web and mobile-based food ordering and delivery system called Abu Dhabi Restaurants. This project involved using a range of technologies such as Laravel, React Native, SQL, HTML, and CSS, and required me to work closely with clients, development and design teams, and conduct performance reviews of the teams. The successful delivery of this project demonstrates my ability to manage and deliver complex projects within time and budget constraints.
