I worked in a call center environment where I addressed customer concerns on a daily basis. I listened carefully to their issues, ensuring I understood the nature of the problem so I could provide them with the correct resolution. My computer-related tasks included updating customer accounts, handling returns, and processing refunds Via calls or responding to Zendesk and signal email support. My strong typing skills and grammar helped me complete these duties quickly and accurately.
