I did M.Phil. in Pharmacology, applied my knowledge and effective skills for investigating drug pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug-drug interactions, drug-disease interactions and drug-food interactions at the molecular level. My research work has been focused on solving complex diseases and creating innovative solutions.
I have acquired experience in the field of pharmacology and fortunate enough to work in the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a consistent commitment to ensuring the highest quality standards and product integrity. I have gained extensive experience in pharmaceuticals product manufacturing, conducting analytical testing, method development, stability testing ICH Q2 (R1), Internal audit, external audit and method/process validation in a GMP-Compliant environment. My knowledge of industry regulations, including FDA guidelines, has enabled me to effectively implement and maintain quality systems.
Experience
With seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have developed a strong foundation in manufacturing, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Practices and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. I believe my skills and expertise make me an ideal candidate for this role.
As a Production Pharmacist, I have successfully executed a wide range of different products processing techniques to optimize the quality and shelf life of various pharmaceutical products. I had executed the process validation protocols for optimizing the product manufacturing.
As a QC Analyst, I have successfully executed a wide range of analytical tests on pharmaceutical products, raw materials and finished goods. I am proficient in utilizing various laboratory instrumentation such as UV-Visible spectrophotometer, HPLC, UV-microplate reader, FTIR, Moisture Analyzer, disintegration, and dissolution testers.
Additionally, one of my key strengths is my attention to detail, which allows me to meticulously review and interpret analytical data, ensuring accuracy and reliability. I am skilled in troubleshooting and investigating out-of-specification (OOS) and out of trends (OOT) results, implementing corrective actions, and participating in root cause analysis (FISH BONE Analysis) to prevent recurrences. Moreover, I have a strong understanding of statistical analysis, including capability studies, trend analysis, and stability studies.
Working collaboratively is essential in a quality control environment, and I take pride in my ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams. I have actively participated in Annual Product Quality Review (APQR), internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. I possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, which enable me to prepare comprehensive reports and communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
The exponentially rising tide of health problems have shifting responsibility on the health professions for finding viable solutions. If we look around us, we find humans from all gender and age, every being needs some cure. As a human, we can feel and do something for all producers and consumers, put on us the responsibility for rational approach for creating panaceas. Education
I have done my M.phil in Pharmacology from Quaid-I-Azam university (2017-2019). I have completed my M.Phil during working at innovatrium nutraceuticals. I believe this is an excellent opportunity for me to explore my potential. I want to contribute in this project via determination, identification and interpretation of correct risk factors which are involved in the incubation/initiation, development and progression of the complex diseases and help the professionals to optimize the therapies to prevent it. Identification of risk factors is the crucial point for example sometimes metabolic syndromes, gut microbiome, Mismanagement of certain disease therapies, Drug-Drug interactions or even diet leads to complex comorbidities. Even at sometimes drug- food interactions are also inducing/causing the diseases via interacting at molecular level with electrolytes, protein synthesis, enzymes or at specific receptor site.
