I am actively teaching and consistently contributing to academic research through writing and publishing scholarly work. My involvement in research not only strengthens my professional profile but also enhances the quality of learning and academic development for the students and faculty I support.

I am an experienced Hybrid Librarian with a 38-year strong background in traditional librarianship, digital information management, library automation, handling medical databases, and user-centered services in academic and medical settings. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Science, Technology, and Innovation, I am passionate about creating digital platforms that support students, researchers, and educators. My goal is to leverage technology to enhance access to knowledge and contribute meaningfully to academic communities. Alongside my expertise in digital libraries and research tools, my ability to handle complex datasets, prepare detailed reports, and make data-driven decisions demonstrates my analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.  

I, bringing over three decades of experience in research coordination, data management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Currently serving as Director Library Affairs and Co-Director Research, I have supported quantitative and academic research through project coordination, data collection, analysis, reporting, and compliance with established workflows. I have successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously, ensured data quality, prepared analytical reports, and collaborated with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. My strong organizational skills, research expertise, and attention to detail enable me to contribute effectively to evidence-based decision-making and successful project execution.
